Introducing the newest innovation to the Boss Range of fire-stopping solutions, the P40 MAK-Wrap is a light-weight, versatile insulative wrap for protecting metallic penetrations through fire walls.
At 40mm thick and with a 40kg/m3 density, the P40 MAK-Wrap consists of light-weight, malleable mineral wool with a specially formulated coating to offer up to 120 mins fire rating on penetrating cables, cable trays and pipes.
Benefits:
- Offer 2hrs insulation to penetrating metallic services (FRL -/120/120)
- Requires only one layer of MAK-Wrap on large main conductors and cable trays
- Low cost and simple installation
- Approved to be used with Boss Batt aperture seals
- Approved to AS1530.4 at only 300mm wide
