Fireban One by Bostik is a fire rated, intumescent, single component polyurethane sealant. It's non-toxic, non-irritant and easy to use. When cured it  forms a tough, flexible fire rated seal capable of oer 50% cyclic expansion movement in the installed joint.

Fireban One can achieve Fire Rating Levels of up to 4 hours, meeting the requirements of AS 1530: Part 4 (subject to installation compliance).

You can use this product to ensure a fire resistant seal on gaps around any cables, conduit, wall boxes and busways which penetrate fire rated walls, floors and ceilings.
It provides an excellent bond to metal, concrete, plasterboard and cables, and remains permanently soft and flexible after curing to accommodate thermal cycle movements.
Fireban One is also suitable for external use and is resistant to normal weathering conditions. Its excellent weatherability lets it retain its original properties after years of exposure to the elements.
